For specific details of the contract you enter into with STC for paid services rendered, reference the Service Agreement. For the conduct we expect at all times, please spend time reading the Code of Conduct. However, all agreements are related to the services we provide and must be read in its entirety.

Service Requirements
To access and use the interactive features of STC’s website, and to register for or purchase any paid service from STC, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and hold an active Tennessee real estate license. If you represent yourself as a REALTOR®, you must be a current member in good standing with the applicable REALTOR® organizations (local association/board, Tennessee REALTORS®, and/or the National Association of REALTORS®), as required for that designation. If you are not a member of a local, state, and/or national real estate association, you are solely responsible for providing any Tennessee Commission-compliant transaction forms required for your transactions. STC will not provide TAR forms on your behalf.
