SmoothTC does not control any Third Party Service privacy practices, data security practices, products, pricing, service availability, communications, and/or services.

Financial Relationship and Compensation Disclosure

SmoothTC reserves the right to have business and financial relationships with Third Party Services who provide compensation in connection with its services being voluntarily registered by potential buyers or sellers. The availability of Third party services through SmoothTC should therefore be understood as part of a compensated business relationship.

There is no obligation to use Third Party Services or to purchase any product or service offered or arranged through any Third Party Service provider. Your decision to use or decline in the Third Party services will not affect your ability to receive SmoothTC's transaction coordination services; and are provided for your choice and convenience.

SmoothTC encourages consumers to evaluate available service providers and make their own independent decisions regarding any products or services they choose to purchase.
